Big Changes and Disappointing Weather
I originally planned to work with Lauren this past Monday. Unfortunately, the weather got pretty rainy this weekend and carried onto Monday. I didn’t want the background to be all gloomy and rainy, so I cancelled. Also, the wind has been out of control. I also didn’t want the audio to be unclear because of all the wind. I was pretty upset, but we are most likely going to film on Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday is the ideal day to film because we have an early release. Also, I made the executive decision to switch Sofia’s and Camille’s roles. It was just better to switch them because Sofia, Lauren, and I live within five minutes of each other. Camille lives at least 25 minutes away from the three of us. When I pitched the idea, they immediately agreed. After I confirmed it with them, I had to change the script around. Sofia has her heart still set on being “Alexandra Delgado”. So instead of the ‘dead girl’’ being ‘Alexandra Delgado’, it is now ‘Riley Scott’. I also had to change the name of the lines and any names mentioned in the script. I got a little confused at sometimes because switching everything mixed my brain up. Then, I printed out the pictures for scene eight and decided they looked a little too plain and needed something extra. I cut them out to a good size. Then I wrote “Sophie” on the pictures of me and “Alex” on the pictures of Sofia. Then I wrote “Sophie’s House” on a picture of Lauren’s house and “Alex’s House” on a picture of Camille’s house.
